Suggestions & Comments | New to working out again!
I have had lower back problems and would like low stress excercises to strenthen and develop Abs. I am 5'10" and 167lbs, not fat but have a belly. My goal is to strenghten my muscles, gain some mass and lose the belly. where do I start. I have been on elipticals and stationary bikes for cardio since starting three weeks ago. I haven't done much in terms of weight training or strenght training, using low weight for starters. |
