Suggestions & Comments | New to working out again!


I have had lower back problems and would like low stress excercises to strenthen and develop Abs.
I am 5'10" and 167lbs, not fat but have a belly. My goal is to strenghten my muscles, gain some mass and lose the belly. where do I start.
I have been on elipticals and stationary bikes for cardio since starting three weeks ago.
I haven't done much in terms of weight training or strenght training, using low weight for starters.

First you solve your back problem and than you start complete weight training with perfect schedule.
